AI is giving founders something we haven’t really had before: support for our own growth in the middle of the work.
Most of us wake up already focused on our to-do list for the day. Look at yours and I am sure you’ll find meetings to attend, decisions to make, and tough conversations to have. And as our companies scale, they ask even more of us than they used to.
That creates a real paradox. Leadership capacity has never mattered more, yet the space to intentionally work on ourselves feels harder to protect than ever. Our teams are bigger, our systems are more complex, and there never seems to be enough time to tackle everything. So we end up relying on the same thinking patterns that worked when the company was smaller, even though those patterns no longer match the reality we’re leading in.

What’s missing isn’t desire or discipline. It’s a way to support our own growth while the business keeps moving. Used well, AI doesn’t replace reflection, wisdom, or responsibility. It makes leadership development more accessible, more consistent, and more embedded in our every day.
