At Ninety, when we narrowed our focus to three Core Objectives and three Core KPIs, something clicked. We stopped trying to remember everything and started rallying around what mattered most.


Now, every 90 days, we revisit that focus in our State of the Company Meeting. We measure. We reflect. We set new targets. And because those six points never change, people know them. They can recite the Scorecard by heart — not because we told them to but because it’s become part of how we operate.
